Services & Scope
- Gameeel provides branding, design, marketing, and creative services specifically tailored for the real estate industry.
- Our services include but are not limited to: brand identity design, website development, social media management, 3D visualization, and marketing materials.
- The scope of each project is defined in a separate proposal or contract document.
- We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time.
- Custom quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion.
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all content and materials provided are legally owned or properly licensed.
- Make timely payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Designate a primary point of contact for project communications.
Intellectual Property
- Gameeel retains full, irrevocable ownership of all work displayed in our portfolios. Client rights are limited to the specific usage rights granted in their contract.
- Displaying our work as your own or using it without license is strictly prohibited and constitutes IP theft.
- Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the property of Gameeel.
- Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.
- Clients may not resell or redistribute our work to third parties without written consent. We own the work in our portfolios.
Zero Tolerance Enforcement
- We enforce our intellectual property rights with extreme rigor and zero tolerance.
- Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or theft of our assets will be met with immediate and aggressive legal action.
- We file infringement claims immediately upon discovery of violations.
- We will pursue maximum financial compensation for damages, legal fees, and unauthorized usage value.
- We utilize advanced tracking technology to monitor our assets across the web.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required before work commences on any project.
- Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files.
- All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month on outstanding balances.
- Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in individual project contracts.
Limitation of Liability
- Gameeel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side factors or force majeure events.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or return on investment from our services.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before final use.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
- If negotiations fail, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Cairo, Egypt.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees.
- Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived by both parties.
