“An FAQ should expose the questions buyers really ask, answer them in the site’s language, and route uncertainty to the next useful property detail.
Diagnosis
A property FAQ often becomes a brochure of convenient topics: amenities, slogans, and broad claims. That leaves practical questions—availability, location, payment steps, documents, handover, or terminology—buried in calls and chats. Search alone is not a content strategy: a visitor may find a result but still lack the information needed to decide what to do next. Build from observed questions, not an internal wish list.
Decision framework
Collect questions from sales transcripts, support conversations, on-site search, and campaign messages, then cluster duplicates without erasing wording buyers use. Prioritize questions that block a decision or recur across audiences. Each answer should state its scope, date or dependency when relevant, and link to the detailed page, form, map, or contact route that resolves the next question. If there is no answer, say what the team can confirm and offer a clear route to ask.

Implementation and measurement
Keep a question backlog with source, language, topic, answer owner, and review date. Measure visits to FAQ answers, onward clicks to relevant details, searches that still produce no useful path, and questions that reach sales afterward. Ask reviewers to judge whether answers are complete and current, not merely whether the page was viewed. Feed unresolved questions into the next content cycle and record changes so campaign teams know which version they used.
Put it to work
- Export recurring questions from sales and site search.
- Assign an owner and review date to every answer.
- Measure onward actions, not FAQ views alone.
