Welcome to Gameel. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

Services & Scope
- Gameel provides branding, design, marketing, and creative services specifically tailored for the real estate industry.
- Our services include but are not limited to: brand identity design, website development, social media management, 3D visualization, and marketing materials.
- The scope of each project is defined in a separate proposal or contract document.
- We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time.
- Custom quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion.
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all content and materials provided are legally owned or properly licensed.
- Make timely payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Designate a primary point of contact for project communications.
Intellectual Property
- Gameel retains full, irrevocable ownership of all work displayed in our portfolios. Client rights are limited to the specific usage rights granted in their contract.
- Displaying our work as your own or using it without license is strictly prohibited and constitutes IP theft.
- Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the property of Gameel.
- Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.
- Clients may not resell or redistribute our work to third parties without written consent. We own the work in our portfolios.
Zero Tolerance Enforcement
- We enforce our intellectual property rights with extreme rigor and zero tolerance.
- Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or theft of our assets will be met with immediate and aggressive legal action.
- We file infringement claims immediately upon discovery of violations.
- We will pursue maximum financial compensation for damages, legal fees, and unauthorized usage value.
- We utilize advanced tracking technology to monitor our assets across the web.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required before work commences on any project.
- Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files.
- All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month on outstanding balances.
- Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in individual project contracts.
Limitation of Liability
- Gameel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side factors or force majeure events.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or return on investment from our services.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before final use.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
- If negotiations fail, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Cairo, Egypt.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees.
- Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived by both parties.
Referral program terms
- Terms version: 2026-10-03
- Enrollment and acceptance: These program terms supplement Gameel’s general Terms of Service. Enrollment requires explicit acceptance of the current version; its version and acceptance timestamp are recorded against your account. Material updates require renewed acceptance before using program tools. Provide accurate information and have the capacity required to use the service.
- Eligibility and permitted conduct: Only genuine referrals of new customers qualify. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, tracking manipulation, automated traffic, impersonation, spam and misleading offers are prohibited. Use approved material and respect Gameel’s brand and other people’s privacy.
- Commission and tiers: The applicable rate is the approved rate on your account at conversion, before counting the new referral. Default rates are 10%, 12%, 15% and 20%, with monthly thresholds of 0, 3, 8 and 20 completed conversions. Clicks and registrations do not guarantee income. Upgrades are not retroactive.
- Maturation and payouts: Commission has a 30-day hold from confirmation of the paid invoice and remains subject to referral verification. Requests reserve funds and are deducted once from available balance. Accurate destination details are required. Target processing times do not guarantee receipt by a fixed date. You are responsible for applicable taxes and receiving-provider charges.
- Reversals, review and suspension: Commission resulting from error, fraud or a refunded payment may be corrected. Finance reviews affected payout requests and previously paid funds and communicates any required action. Program tools may be suspended for violations or verification needs; contact support to request review.
- Disclosure and relationship: Clearly disclose near the referral link, in the same language as your content, that you may earn commission. Do not represent yourself as an authorized Gameel agent or bind Gameel to offers. Program participation does not create employment or a legal partnership. Earnings examples are not promises or guarantees.
- Privacy, support and updates: Tracking, referral, consent and settlement data operate the program under Gameel’s Privacy Policy. Contact support@gmeel.studio for attribution or payout questions and legal@gmeel.studio for terms. Updates are published in the program documentation. Previous commissions retain the terms applicable when earned, subject to corrections for error, fraud or refunds.
