A number-review workflow before publication

1. DefinitionIs it sales, revenue or an outstanding backlog?
2. ScopeCompany, group, market or individual project?
3. TimeFull year, quarter or a balance at a particular date?
4. SourceLink the disclosure and record the unit and checked date.

This is an editorial review workflow, not an accounting standard. For a brokerage report, define transaction count, value, commission and recognition stage. Have the responsible finance professional check the figures before publishing them.
